Android 5.1 certified for Sony Xperia Z3 and Sony Xperia Z3 Compact?

Sony might have taken a lot of heat for being so late to update its current flagship phone. But the manufacturer apparently isn't taking any chances when it comes to Android 5.1. New firmware has been certified for both the Sony Xperia Z3 and Sony Xperia Z3 Compact. The new firmware version is 23.2.A.0.278.
While the new firmware isn't explicitly listed as being Android 5.1, Sony Xperia Z3 and Sony Xperia Z3 Compact owners would be ecstatic to receive the next update so soon after Android 5.0.2 was pushed out for the two models. That took place on March 16th. As of now, the new firmware ...

A tweet from Antonio Monaco reveals a new Huawei model that has been certified by TENAA. The agency is the Chinese equivalent to the FCC in the U.S. Monaco says that the device will probably be named the Huawei Honor 4c and will feature a 5-inch display with resolution of 720 x 1280. An unnamed octa-core CPU running at 1.2GHz will be under the hood and inside you will find 2GB of RAM and 8GB of native storage. A 13MP camera is on back while a 5MP snapper adorns the front.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 Active was just spotted in the official Bluetooth SIG database. In the past few weeks, we've heard quite a few times about this "Active" version of the Galaxy S6, but this is the first official document that mentions the smartphone. Although the Bluetooth SIG database doesn't mention the name of the device, the listing is for a Samsung smartphone codenamed SM-G890A, which corresponds to the previous leaks and rumors regarding AT&T's version of the Galaxy S6 Active.
